“Good Times!”

This interesting and quirky piece came about quite unexpectedly. I actually had envisioned a white woman standing in a lounge at the bar – probably being hit on my another character. But, as usual as the creative process unfolds the story changes, which is evident here. I like to let viewers make up their own story line to whatever is going on in my pieces, though I have my own feelings about events and feel them acutely when I’m putting a piece together.

It’s typical of society in general that we get involved in our own little worlds, the good or the bad times, and we’re often oblivious to what’s going on right next to us. That’s just human nature I suppose.
